We are offering 7 boat trips:
A Boat Trip To The Sand Dunes
Leave the Stanley Bridge Warf on the Morning Glory. Bring your favorite picnic prepared by you, lawn chairs and umbrella which are supplied by us for your comfort and convenience.
After hours of swimming, sun bathing and walking the shores of the dunes you will be ready to be picked up and brought back to Stanley Bridge Warf.
Retire to your private cottage to an outdoor shower, then relax and reflect on an absolutely most wonderful day on 7 miles of Cavendish National Park Sand Dunes.
Do not forget to bring your camera so you can capture the most spectacular views of the ocean, dunes and New London Bay and of course each other!
Take a cruise around New London Bay and visit New London Warf. Here you can be dropped off for your favorite seafood lunch or dinner at the New London Warf restaurant. We will be by in a couple of hours to pick you up!
Take a cruise up the Stanley and Trout River on the Morning Glory to the Islands inland bush country where you will spend a night in a primitive campsite hiking, fishing, cooking over an open fire and relaxing to the natural sounds of the woods.
An outing on the ‘Morning Glory’ at low tide. Would you like to have an experience that every fisherman in PEI has had?
We would like to take you out at low tide and show you how to dig your own clams. You can fish for the fun of it by putting them back or take some home and try to make your own PEI clam chowder! A recipe is provided in your cottage rental kitchen.
Enjoy a swim while you are fishing or a run on the beach!
Take a boat tour with us on the Morning Glory and find yourselves moving along side the many miles of Cavendish Sand Dune shores.
You are actually only 6 feet from the shore with anywhere from a 2 foot to a 17 foot drop in some places. Don’t panic! You are perfectly safe.
We will head North towards Cape Tryon along the dunes and if the waters are calm we can even venture out into the big water to take pictures of the Light House at Cape Tryon.
From here we turn West to French River
Take an up river boat ride crossing under Stanley and Morrison Bridge on the Trout and Stanley River all the way to Gunn Bridge. See for yourselves the methods of fishing for mussels, oysters and smelts. View the interior mountain’s of PEI and chances are that when you look up you will see a bald eagle. Explore the shore line with your eyes and don’t forget to bring a camera!
