 Beautiful home, beautiful weather, beautiful beaches, beautiful vistas!

Eagle’s Rest is all that we’d hoped for & more.

It is decorated in soothing colors with every little detail provided & absolutely neat as a pin. We are praying that “Eagles Rest” will follow us throughout this coming year. As we “rested” here for a week, we pray God will “renew” our strength for the coming year –

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.

They will soar on wings like eagles;

They will run and not grow weary;

They will walk and not be faint.

Isaiah 40:31

Some of our favorite memories include

    · Experiencing the beauty & peace of Eagles Rest for the first time.

·                · Hunting for star fish. Oysters & mussels in the bay (we found a pearl!)

·                · Catching glimpses of the fox & bunnies.

·                · Walking out the Dunes path easily in the morning to sit quietly praising God for the beauty

of         His creation & then picking blueberries for breakfast.

·                · Creating the world’s longest bocce ball run from the top of a dune @ Cavendish beach.

·                · Jumping waves at Cavendish beach, watching kayaks at Rustico beach, creating a world

            class sand castle at Brackley beach.

·                · Savoring meals, conversation, naps & laughter on the deck.

·                · Soaking in the chromatherapy spa reveling in the natural cedar scents.

·                · Playing touch ball, fooze ball & more fooze ball!

·                · Feeling kissed & hugged by God with each gentle breeze.

PEI is more beautiful and picturesque than we had imagined. We enjoyed a wonderful and pleasant time at your “Eagles Rest” and restful it was. One feels very much at home at this place. Everything around the house had a loving touch and we are very grateful that we’ve been able to stay here.

 We had a fabulous week in PEI. Beautiful green rolling hills, spectacular sunsets, red sand cliffs, friendly people- what more can anyone ask for in a vacation!

Fooze ball is very addictive so we hardly had time for TV or the nice collection of video tapes.

    Thank you for a wonderful time. Our family has fallen in love with this Island like many others who visit it. We greatly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back next year. As a note for other guests, watch out for wildlife! During our stay on PEI we saw 2 foxes, many blue herons, an otter, several rabbits and a mole.
